LSF actively contributes to the well-being of rural communities by organizing regular medical camps in collaboration with the Aurangabad Institute of Medical Sciences, Sunshine Hospital, and dedicated volunteer doctors. These camps provide access to essential healthcare services for villagers, reaching approximately 3000 households from 2021 to date.

The medical camps not only offer medical consultations and treatment but also serve as a platform for raising awareness on various health issues and preventive measures against diseases. Additionally, LSF facilitates the referral of identified individuals requiring advanced treatment and care to appropriate medical facilities. To further support these individuals, LSF actively assists them in availing relevant government schemes that offer financial assistance for medical expenses. Notably, LSF identified 11 patients requiring hearing aids and has provided the necessary referral to avail support from hospitals.

Recognizing the importance of hygiene and sanitation in maintaining good health, LSF conducts regular workshops in villages to educate residents on proper sanitation practices. Their efforts are further strengthened by the dedication of village volunteers who actively facilitate the construction of soak pits and toilets within the villages, contributing to a cleaner and healthier environment for all.

Through its comprehensive approach to healthcare and sanitation initiatives, LSF plays a vital role in improving the quality of life for rural communities.
